As far as cruise ships get - information technology is tough to beat all the civilities of a send every bit HUGE as the Harmony of the Seas. Service was top-notch throughout the ship. In most cases, the food was swell, tasty and presented well. Exception is the Hot Dog stand on the Boardwalk. It may exist free - but all the same not worth the visit. The Amphitheater at the aft of the ship - amazing how good a resolution of movie is, even in the daytime. Now the bad ---- Royal Caribbean area will nickle and dime you to expiry on their ships. The Merely free drinks are water, tea and java. In that location are no Pepsi products - but Coke. NO free internet - but for $14 per day per person you can get it. - Yipes.! And be very conscientious - unless you specifically opt out (and information technology is very difficult to find out how to do that), you WILL be charged $14.l per day per person for mandatory gratuities. Even if you never left your cabin or ate the first meal - information technology is still $fourteen.l per solar day. We much better to prefer to cash tip the actual people who served us rather than an automatic daily debit to the credit carte du jour. You volition probable need to go to Guest Services onboard to go opted out of that - but they will do it if you lot request information technology. Other than all that - we will sail Royal Caribbean over again - and hopefully on the Harmony of the Seas.

Only got off the harmony of the seas cruise ship Which sailed out of port canaveral and wanted to let people know how dandy all the staff are on board We as a family unit of six did 5 night stay on international bulldoze Orlando so 7 night prowl then 2 nights in universal Orlando area Wow what a difference between the great cruise workers who were all happy and glad to speak and serve you compared to the miserable staff in Orlando who simply wanted to do no work just expected massive tips nonetheless…….. Would highly recommend this cruise ship to all ages staff-food-activities all great Continue up the good work

I accept tried 2 times to book our Beginning CRUISE with ROYAL CARRIBEAN, the first was cancelled by the cruiseline, the site and app wouldnt permit y'all to get a refund. they issued us 125% cruise credit , only the email said verbatim "Your credit is based on your total prowl fare amount paid on your cancelled reservation. If yous see a lower value, you lot may have had a discount that lowered your cruise fare". they stole the port fees and a lot of what nosotros paid) so the cruise credit wouldn't piece of work on the next prowl nosotros booked. They will pull the money right abroad. customer service volition have an hour or longer to get a hold of anyone. customer service knows this and volition hang up on y'all if they feel like information technology

Loved the prowl...mostly beach destinations. Loved the boat...for the about part. I thing to be very aware of is that if you accept "My Fourth dimension Dining" to make Sure to arrange your time for dining well earlier the cruise. If yous wait until the cruise, "My Time" becomes "Ships Fourth dimension" and all that will be left is viii PM!!! Aforementioned goes for onboard entertainment venues and specialty dining. The Majestic app that is used onboard also says reservations required for merely about everything, and also says no space available for just about everything...but we went anyway and for everything, including the smaller ice shows, in that location were plenty of seats and they were not even checking for reservations!!! Weird!!!!!!!!!!

I have spent ii.5 hours waiting to find out what happened to my photo that was taken on board and charged to my room. Client service is nice, simply have no answers. Will not requite me straight number to section that can help with issue. Tin can not call me back with information. Afterwards transferring my call to client relations dept. I am muted so they tin not hear me and hang up. This has happened twice already. On phone waiting again. At present 1 hour and counting. Will go along to get out bad reviews while on hold until this get handled. This has been going on for over 2 weeks with multiple telephone calls. The cruise was nice and the staff was amazing, but this is a terrible end to what should take been a good memory. I merely wish I had our photograph to think it. Update, apparently they demand some other 7-10 days to notice my photograph. This is only ridiculous. This was a altogether gift cruise for my 84 twelvemonth old mother, and now we tin can't event get the picture for her memories. Just ridiiculous!!
