    Hi,

    I am having an upshot with getting Xbox Cloud Gaming to play using my WIFI using a MacBook with Safari. I accept (Australian) HFC Fibre Optic 300mbps internet on a 5Ghz aqueduct only keeps coming upwards with the issue "We'll exist right dorsum Sorry, nosotros're working on fixing the issues, delight endeavor again afterward." afterward I have started whatever game and past the "rocket loading screen" and the Xbox welcome logo.

    Funny matter is Xbox Cloud Gaming works completely fine on my iPhone 11 using a 4G network so will work with my MacBook if I Personal Hotspot my telephone to it.

    Haven't had whatsoever problems with any other steaming service eg. Netflix, Steam, GeForce At present.

    Any direction to brand this work would appreciated!

    It could exist a problem with Safari and Microsoft webpages, which is known that both don't work that well together. Try to install Microsoft Edge and check if the service works fine.

    Only, going a flake more in depth on what you've mentioned, it could be related to a issue with your Internet Service Provider, given that by using 4G everything works correctly. Possibly try to modify the DNS on your macOS to the Google Public DNS. To do that on macOS, choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Network, select a network service in the list on the left, click Advanced, then click DNS. At that place, change the DNS address to eight.8.8.8 (as the primary address) and 8.8.4.4 every bit the secondary.
